As A Creative Writer...
As a creative writer I work to tell the stories of others. Below is just a taste of the different types of stories I can tell. I enjoy following stories in the Arts, the LGBT community, the wedding and beauty industry, and the use of cartoons as a form of literacy. As a writer with Catalyst Wedding Magazine, I work to create online content that embodies their mission to add to the LGBT and POC wedding scene. Whether a couple chooses to have a courthouse wedding as a budget-friendly alternative to a large wedding or is celebrating their new legal right to be wed, courthouse weddings are not second rate; rather they are intimate, beautiful celebrations of love...

This is a feature piece about the marathon reading of "Paradise Lost" published in The Rotunda. The continuous speech of a single reader carrying on the voice of an epic writer mixed with the sounds of the end of the summertime. Students would walk past the white tent towards their classes on campus, occasionally stopping by to say a few lines or just look on as the story continued...
